About 40 years ago, Chef Nan's father opened a travel company called "Sun-Moon-Shine Tour." Nan decided to honor her father's company by choosing that as the name of the experience. Thailand is one of the world's major trading hubs. Because Thai food has influences from all around the world, there really is no one singular style of Thai cuisine. As a result, Thailand has four major culinary regions: The North, Northeast, Central, and South.
